A teaching career of twenty five years had given me some wonderful memories to treasure, but had unfortunately left my body riddled with chronic ailments that could only be partly alleviated by conventional medicine. I had not taken the time to rest and heal due to my busy lifestyle and my body was finally saying it was time to stop and redress the balance.
I decided to try complementary treatments alongside more conventional ones and began to notice positive changes to my health, both in my body and mind. But it was Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, with its simple subtle approach, that provided the most powerful and astonishing benefits. The gentle and profound nature of this work urged me to explore becoming a BCST practitioner and three years later, I qualified to help others.
I am a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, accredited by the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK, a professional body which maintains standards in the UK. I am also affiliated to the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings (IABT). To find out more about BCST go to Bodyintelligence.com or craniosacraltherapy.org
I live in Porkellis, Cornwall near Falmouth and Redruth with my family, ducks, hens, cats and Old English sheepdog surrounded by wild and beautiful nature. I adore the simple pleasures in life, walking by the sea, my cottage garden, dancing in my kitchen and sharing great food with family and friends.
